a wide range of services. Please contact
me if a service that you need is not listed. I have a
large network of associates so if I can’t help you,
I can either get it done or refer you to someone who can
do it for you.

Rates
Shears Virtual Advantage’s #1 priority
is Customer Satisfaction. Therefore, I offer affordable offsite
administrative support to your business, while nurturing a
partnership with you. My rates are based on either a per project
or a retainer contract basis.
Per Project Pricing (Hourly):
If you need help for just a few hours a week or a few hours
a month, then this plan would be right for you. An exact charge
will be determined when all the details of a project are known. You
only pay for the time and materials spent on your project.
There is not a minimum time commitment on the part of the
client however; there is a minimum charge of one (1) hour
per invoice.
Retainer:
This program offers a discount to Clients who want and/or
need my services on a regular basis. I offer the following
plans:
10 hours per month = (5%
discount)
20 hours per month = (10% discount)
40 hours per month = (15% discount)
Retainers are a month-to-month contract
with payment for the following month being paid to Shears
Virtual Advantage by the 30th of the previous month to allow
for scheduling purposes. (For example – invoice is sent
out on April 15. Payment must be made by April 30 in order
for May work to begin.) Client may cancel this agreement with
twenty (20) days notice to Shears Virtual Advantage.
Additional
expenses: Occasionally when working on a project
I incur expenses, on the client’s behalf, that will
be billed at cost and added to your monthly invoice. Examples
of these expenses would include copies, specialty paper, postage
and courier services. Note: Normal office
supplies and equipment are the responsibility of Shears Virtual
Advantage and will not be billed to the client.
Payment
policy:
- Shears Virtual Advantage requires a deposit
of fifty percent (50%) from new clients, with the amount
being paid prior to work beginning. This amount will be
based on the estimated number of hours quoted to client
for any project. Payment may be made by Pay Pal or by check
or money order made payable to Shears Virtual Advantage.
Note: Work will not be started for clients paying by paper
check until funds have cleared the bank.
- Completed work will not be sent to client
until full payment is received and funds have cleared the
bank. Client will be charged a $40 fee for all returned
NSF checks.
- Final proofing is the responsibility
of the client.
Coupons:
All new clients will receive 15% off from
their first month's total bill.
If a client refers someone and they become a retainer client, referring
client will receive 1 hour of free services from Shears Virtual
Advantage.
