Rates

The charge to prepare a Chapter 7 bankruptcy petition is 25% of what you, the attorney, charge.  Half of the payment amount is due upon receipt of the completed client intake forms, the final half is due upon completion and filing of the bankruptcy petition with the court. 

I also offer following of the case on PACER for an additional one-time fee of $50.
